What do you like most?
I like the way you can manage bookings for the spa. You can easily see and do room block. To make an appointments is very easy and so much more customizable. The POS is very simple to use and you have so much more features than your usual POS. Ordering food from the menu can be done anywhere with a device. It is much easier to keep track of your food cost.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The idea of the system giving you an alert update when a room charge has been done - for remind reception to let the guest pay. The POS could be made easier as to where you need to sell something in the shop without having to create a recipe for the item. The system would also be nice if it had a service charge item as an option when creating new items on the system . It would also be even better if you ca edit the buttons etc and functions straight from the POS.
