What do you like most?
Laasie works with integrity and attention to detail, assisting us with decision making and operating the program. The system is well designed and converts guests into members, but above all, the customer service is my most loved aspect. We have had success converting passive web visitors into members, and repeat guests into loyal fans. When developing our loyalty program the mission was to create something that provided a real value to our guests. Laasie works hand in hand with us to ensure the program is a success. Their team goes above and beyond what you would expect from a hospitality software provider. My most memorable moment with Laasie was during system setup when their design team made a few custom branding elements using our brand package. Instead of just uploading what we gave, they created something on brand without being asked. Considering the young age of our loyalty program and the boutique aspect of our brand, I am floored by our progress and growth. Guests that are quiet and hard to read are joining the program and feeling like part of our community. On a final note, Laasie is the only software/system vendor that takes ongoing success meetings and truly acts as a partner. This has become a buzzword in our industry but Laasie truly delivers. Team Laasie treats us with the same care and hospitality that we treat our guests. 5-Star service all the way!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As Laasie continues to innovate, I would love to see additional features that allow hyper personalization of guest experiences. As the platform stands today, it checks all the boxes.
