What do you like most?
Working with Customer Alliance helps us to centralize the main KPIs that we need to monitor in terms of our online reputation in a single panel. You can quickly and clearly see all the comments sorted, respond to them, and visually identify the areas where action is needed. It also makes it easier for us to have a dashboard organized according to each role within the company, because not all members need to look at the same data.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Now we can reply some comments in a fast way with AI, but we find very useful to automate some replies and to pay more attention in that ones that really needs an accurate supervision or reply.
