What do you like most?
GuestRevue gives me a single, clear view of all my guest reviews as they come in from different OTAs, Google, and questionnaire forms. The platform is easy to use, and the AI-generated responses are genuinely useful for handling feedback quickly and consistently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I’m overall very happy with GuestRevu and find it meets our needs extremely well. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be offering even more customization options for the AI-generated responses so they can be tailored even more closely to our specific brand voice and style.
