What do you like most?
Ease of use. Simplicity of pages. Overall visual appearance of the program. Ability to access anywhere online. Questions answered quickly from help service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Financial programming - it doesn't calculate correctly. Training should be more intense. Function sheets not easy to read or update. Lots of clicking through required. Onboarding was done too quickly (not your fault!) so now need to unlearn bad habits.
