What do you like most?
It is very easy to use, and guests seem to be liking the loyalty program along with the rewards choices. Takes the pressure off of hotel for rewarding points. Easy to explain to guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Have not really used enough to say what could be improved. Will be checking more out in the winter months and try to navigate the website.
