What do you like most?
Thynk offers a really modern solution for event management and hotel sales. The solution can be interfaced with a wide range of external software solutions and the entire solution is really well though out. It is scalable and will keep on growing and improving. It is a pretty intuitive to use solution. The customer's needs are heard and will be taken into account when it comes to further developments. For example, regular calls with the Product and University team are offered where planned developments or certain topics are presented and discussed directly with all interested customers. As it is build on the Salesforce platform there is huge potential for each company to customize the solution on their own.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They should do some business analysis together with the customer at the beginning of the project in order to find the ideal solutions for custom needs. Thynk needs more people for constant and quick support when it comes to trouble shooting.
