What do you like most?
-I absolutely love our Senior Account Manager, Christine DeBiasi, she is always so helpful every time I have reached out to her since we joined TS in October of 2023. -I love the fast responses when you put in a help ticket in TS. -Customer Support has been very helpful as well, but I do feel like they may need a little more training on how to use all aspects of TS as a user.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-When you type in an account name to search for it, and nothing comes up, it would be nice if you didn't have to copy or retype the account name to add a new account. (time saver) -It would be helpful if we had the option to load in a third party name/account name & also load in a customer name/account name listed inside the bookings. Feel free to call me for more detail on this. -Within the last month or so, I have been having issues with not being able to sign contracts after the client signs and it comes back to me in my email. In order to countersign the contract, I have had to go back into the booking documents in TS to sign. This was not happening previously. -It would be helpful if clients could sign BEOs that are sent from the EVENTS tab, and not just the BOOKING level tab. Our planner creates BEOs from the EVENTS tab and we need to get signatures from our customers.
