What do you like most?
The intuitive controls are excellent; it's quick to get started and easy to navigate. The software is also very user-friendly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Two years ago, we were acquired from HQ Revenue by Lighthouse—this wasn't our choice. As a result, we experienced several setbacks with the software, areas where HQ was better. Initially, we were assured that improvements were being worked on and further development was underway, but now, for months, my emails haven't been answered at all. This is not customer-oriented and unacceptable in today's world. I'm happy to wait for further development, but two years for features that the acquired software already had? And nothing is happening? I'm disappointed and looking for alternatives.
