What do you like most?
The set up was a painless. The training was super easy to follow along. The software is so intuitive, and the price works for us. From the account manager, to billing, to trainer - everyone has been accommodating, helpful, patient and responsive. So refreshing to email or call and someone replies and answers the phone. Andi is a great trainer. Jovana and Christine have been so helpful. We have four hotels on Tripleseat now and hoping to move over most of our portfolio.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I haven't seen anything yet that I would improved. So far we are all happy with the system and the service.
