(Always available, fastest possible responses, always eager to implement our requests, solve problems as quickly as possible or immediately) - Very professional, super friendly, customer-oriented, solution-oriented, simply a very, very good collaboration with great people & a top-notch product!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The CRM system is currently not as comprehensively developed as the correspondence and reservation manager. We therefore see potential for optimization in this area.
