The rate recommendations provided by SiteMinder have actually helped us to attract more bookings and a steady YOY Revenue Growth of 12% for this property by providing us better rate recommendations & being competitive in the market. The rates across Meta Channels are actually aligned correctly & we have seen a growth from bookings here. The recommendations & market guidance provided by Atharva was actually great which is why we did manage to improve on the business YOY in terms of revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would expect the bookings to be flown correctly on to our PMS, as several times the bookings have not flown correctly on to it.
