What do you like most?
I really like the clear overview a mice quote gives you from your event and I really like the tasks/activity part of the tool!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The BEO document is really unclear for the operational departments as it shows a lot of information which is not important for them. It would be great if we could get like a "worksheet" with only operational information in there. Or maybe even an option to decide ourselves what we show on the BEO by ticking a box for example? The scheduler is really unclear as it does not gives you a good overview of the reserved meeting rooms. Besides this the shadow mice quotes should be removed as they have no added value for us and make the scheduler even more unclear. The task/activity tool does not always fully work how it supposed to work. Not sure how this is arranged, but it would be nice if this could be updated.
