The Service support is great. Our representative Christine goes above and beyond. The platform is also easy to use and can really help with the organization of your reservations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Room blocking when it is a tentative or prospect booking. Maybe the room block shows up differently in those cases. It would be helpful to ensure there is no double booking.
