Quick analyses on feedback which helps to look for areas needing us to improve on any issues to resolve. The survey received from guests are easy to understand, collect data and review a highlighted issue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Multi-tiered surveys opportunities for companies such as ours who run two different types of products at the same lodge. For example, a landing page for guest to choose between whether they are leisure travellers or a school group traveller to provide specific feedback based on that product types questionnaire or survey.
