What do you like most?
The GuestBook has been an incredibly easy and reliable partner to work with. The platform itself is user friendly and provides a great way to build guest loyalty while encouraging direct bookings, but what has always stood out most to me is the level of support from their team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Any time I've had a question or needed assistance, I've been able to get the help I need quickly and from someone who truly understands the hospitality industry. Overall, The GuestBook has been a great partner, and I have nothing but positive things to say about both the platform and the people behind it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I honestly haven't encountered any significant issues with the product. If anything, continuing to expand reporting and customization options would be helpful, but overall, the platform has worked very well for our needs.
