What do you like most?
Ease of use and simple enrollment. It is easy to use the loyalty program that guests value & reward approvals are simple.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to provide hotel management the ability to enroll & apply a guest's points directly towards their Guestbook account from the Property Management System. I think having that option on the property side would make the process a little easier and more convenient.
