It is a comprehensive solution for our hotels, including a full-fledged reservation agenda system, managerial reporting, issuing hotel bills and invoices associated with them. I consider the main benefit to be easy, simple and clear arrangement and control. Original Czech: Jedná se o komplexní řešení pro naše hotely, zahrnující plnohodnotný systém agendy rezervací, manažerský reporting, vystavení hotelových účtů a faktur s nimi spojenými. Za hlavní benefit pokládám snadné, jednoduché a přehledné uspořádání a ovládání.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Se systémem jsme v naší společnosti spokojeni. Setkáváme se jen s malými nedostatky, ale vždy dokážeme operativně vyřešit se zákaznickým servisem.
