What do you like most?
Customers seek really enjoy talking to the Chatbot, with all kind of questions. Cut out phone call, they just prefer text to the bot for answers. Leave Compliments, Promotions, Long Stay, Dining Discount etc. It's just fantastic !!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps the Chinese version would need to be upgraded to cater different Chinese market from China, Asia, Hong Kong etc.
