What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

SmartHotel is a very steady channelmanager. We experience not much technical problems in the API connection and that is nice. They deliver excellent customer suppport and that is important if their are problems.

Answer:

Smarthotel has an excellent customer support and that is very important for us if there are issues in the connection. The people are nice and always think in solutions not in problems. Our customers are also happy with the channelmanager.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

I hope that they are adding more channels like airbnb, homeaway, fewo- direct, traum ferienwohnungen, home to go etc in the future. We have a lot of customers who advertise on vacation rental portals and don't use the hotel portals.

It is very easy to work with and it is very easy to reach them on the phone for advice and information.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I really can not think of anything, I always worked fine with this product. I can reccommand it to any hotel.

What do you like most?

SmartHOTEL zorgt voor een correcte koppeling tussen de diverse bookingsites en helpen graag waar nodig. De service is zeer correct. Voor wijzigingen of vragen staan ze voor je klaar.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Natuurlijk is het fijn om specifiekere koppelings mogelijkheden te hebben omdat ons Poorter Boutique hotel maar 11 kamers beschikt en je altijd zoekt naar de juiste bookingsites die bij je passen.

Excellent support: very friendly, competent and fast System distributes availability and prices globally without errors Updating is fast and constant Value for money: excellent

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Possibility of directly entering net rates for distribution on Tour Operator channels It does not always recognise the number of children and consequently the data is not entered in the PMS.

What do you like most?

The advice for the set-up and the friendly support thanks to employees who understand our business. Lots of channels to link to. Excellent connection with our PMS (Opera Cloud).

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Advice the customer to complete the mapping form after their PMS is configured as during that process things change. This saves a lot of changes for SmartHOTEL.

What do you like most?

Very good support through direct contact. The connection was not without a struggle, but with the help of a fantastic team a succes! Systems works smoothly and is easy to work with.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Only feedback I have is that the knowledge of the different PMS suppliers could be better, altough this is not the exact role of SmartHotel.
