Smarthotel has great integration with our PMS system and works very fast. Integration and channel set up processes are not complicated and easy to learn. Reservation deliveries from OTA's and PMS updates(inventory,rate etc) are always processed quickly.

SmartHotel is a very steady channelmanager. We experience not much technical problems in the API connection and that is nice. They deliver excellent customer suppport and that is important if their are problems.
Both of our companies share the same philosophies around excellent support and customer service and maintain a consultative approach to our clients , both new and existing and have enjoyed a strong and supportive business relationship now for several years
Personal contact, support and a great partner. Very reliable partner in terms of solutions. Channelmanager product is up to date and they keep improving. You don't get a no for answer, wil always look into solutions
Connecting Fidelio/Oracle Suite8 to the channels most clients require
the connectivity via the Suite8 Online interface allows for very flexible data exchange with various differently switched channels.

We have business partnership with Smarthotel for more than 5 years and their support team is always ready to answer when you need help. User interface is not complicated at all. Has great integration with PMS.

Smarthotel has an excellent customer support and that is very important for us if there are issues in the connection. The people are nice and always think in solutions not in problems. Our customers are also happy with the channelmanager.
We are both smaller companies and are thus very much hands on with all our clients and maintain great communication at all times to both retain existing clients as well as attract new customers worldwide
Smarthotel is very flexible, in every part of the company. From support, sales, and management. Nothing is too much and it's a company with 100% hospitality in mind. It's a personal approach if you compare it with the competition.
That we can supply the customers with a fully vertical connectivity support - PMS->interface->channel manager->channels
and we can therefore also directly check error messages that may occur to repair possible problems before they cause other difficulties

If you are looking for a system with simple UI and easily reachable customer service you may definitely go with Smarthotel. If you have worries about complicated systems, you may be sure that Smarthotel is not one of them.

I hope that they are adding more channels like airbnb, homeaway, fewo- direct, traum ferienwohnungen, home to go etc in the future. We have a lot of customers who advertise on vacation rental portals and don't use the hotel portals.
When looking for a channel manager solution as well as GDS connectivity for your property, then the partnership between Smart Hotel and HotelREZ is a perfect combination for you to be able to manage rates and availability to this important channel
Channelmanagers are basically all the same, Smarthotel differs in terms of support and personal attention. So if you are looking for a channelmanager with real accountmanagement and personal attention, this is the partner.
Make sure that the support has access to the Smarthotel extranet so that they can also help with the configuration and support of the interface setup for rates and roomtypes, making the vertical support possible
