What does this product or service do well?
Smarthotel has great integration with our PMS system and works very fast. Integration and channel set up processes are not complicated and easy to learn. Reservation deliveries from OTA's and PMS updates(inventory,rate etc) are always processed quickly.

We have business partnership with Smarthotel for more than 5 years and their support team is always ready to answer when you need help. User interface is not complicated at all. Has great integration with PMS.

If you are looking for a system with simple UI and easily reachable customer service you may definitely go with Smarthotel. If you have worries about complicated systems, you may be sure that Smarthotel is not one of them.

Fully automated system. Everything is done by email. The Channel Manager makes the bookings completely digital. A very handy tool.

No comments. The system works perfectly and I am automatically informed of every booking that comes in by e-mail.

What do you like most?
Very clear, very well-arranged, the online availability can be seen immediately, we now have no transfers, accessible everywhere, easy to add texts and comments. Speed could be a little better sometimes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Speed could sometimes be a bit better, but a lot of work has already been done on that, the updates are also very good.

Opening & closing certain rates at once. This is now only possible for 1 day to open and/or close all rates.
