The in real time updates to what is available with the price movements allows for a revenue lift not possible without this software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see an easier load in for offers or pricing subsets for operators to toggle between. Current state has only one pricing model that will automatically move between midweek and weekend but there is no way to flag in advance I'd like to be in a very aggressive frame due to house sellout and the need to move a large amount of inventory compared to a timeframe where I have very few suites or available upgrades and those rates should remain high. The algorithm does this itself but even if we wanted to place certain rooms on special if you will you need to adjust the price on the back end but the ability to undo or do in volume isn't tremendously user friendly.

The system is easy to use and the automation is amazing. We really value the support that they provide and honestly they are an invaluable partner. We also really like the upsell platform as it allows agents to get real time updates on upgrade rates.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We use a very small PMS provider and it took a long time to get it connected and up and running. I think that was mostly on our PMS providers side, but I wish that integration had gone faster.

Luxe has been a great solution with managing our room inventory by offering upgrade prices based how the property is performing with Luxe Pricing and streamlining our forecasting and rate changes with HouseCount. The ease of use of both platforms makes integration seamless at each property we launch. Luxe has been very accommodating with our input and open to any suggestions that would increase the quality of life when using their platforms. The support team address any concerns in a timely manner and Matthew Baird has been a great partner with the launching of Luxe Pricing at our properties.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Luxe full integration would be the end goal as our current practice of awarding in Luxe and then having the team member make updates in our PMS causes additional time which would be better served attending to our guest.

I think Luxsell is pretty user friendly and Trent is very easy to work with. Would be nice if we could update scripting to help international J1 workers with their "how."

I definitely like the opportunity to upsell and modify price to our convenience , Luxe is very self explanatory and easy to use

I believe Luxe is a good system for now for our upselling , It just needs a little enhancement in the speed of optaning a reservation, what I mean by that is ,when we receive a walk - in resaervation it takes times to show on Luxe platform
