I like the drop down that display the details of bookings for each day, which shows where the pick up was coming from. It also shows rates and times. This is a nice touch.

What do you like most?

Luxe pricing is very convenient for searching reservations through opera. I like how it makes it very easy to upsell guests, provides thorough info on upgrades for the day. I also like luxe pricing upsell product form. For the Sahara, we like to count our total team revenue in order to calculate our sales. Luxe Pricing upsells made it very easy to provide the most accurate numbers in order to calculate the prices. The luxe pricing also does so much for us when we are new to upselling our guests checking into the hotel. They provide a script that you can follow in order to upsell a guest. This is best for beginners that are wary to upsell newcomers to a hotel and it allows to to easily incorporate their own script into the ones provided through luxe pricing.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Luxe sometimes has issues regarding guest's names. I believe it might be a glitch. However, when it does occur, I have trouble and difficulty finding guests with 2 letter last names. Sometimes, I also have issues when searching reservations that have special characters in them as well. This seems like a minor issue as about 99% of reservations that I search up through luxe pricing is always guaranteed to be there. I also think that improvement can be made regarding the quarterly updates. I find it frustrating I cannot compare all my months upsells to one another so see how I can improve. Instead, the Luxe pricing only allows to see the previous months upsells and the current one. As a person that strives to do better at least every month, I would prefer to see all my months up sells, that way I can compare my total months up sells to one another. That way, I can find a way to help my self do better for the following months up sells. I also would like a feature added to see if we can add pending offers to existing reservations that at first declined to upsell. Thay way, it can save a potential upgrade for the agent that offered them and wont be taken by another agent since our property does commission.
