What do you like most?
The tool is very user-friendly. The tool presents many features which allow for a structured overview, for example task reminders, overview of expired and / or confirmed proposals. Forecasting's can be easily created and Revenue is shown in detail which is very helpful. The offers are very nicely structured with multiple pictures allowing the guest to get a real feel of our product. Customer support is always very helpful, Adeel in particular has always been available to help even on short notice.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Possible shortcuts for certain fields: Timings for example - it can take time to insert the individual timings for each service or item - sometimes even required for multiple fields. When copy feature is activated, every time a booking is copied an email is received which can be a bit overwhelming for the property as it can get mixed up with other requests.
