What do you like most?
Backyou is software that allows us to manage our events simply and smoothly. Each of our colleagues has access to job descriptions, making it very user-friendly. It's also easy to use, particularly the backup features (option management, deposit tracking, and accounts receivable tracking). The schedule is easy to read and use. The updates are generally all well-received. Good product, I recommend it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In our opinion, the statistics could be improved. We never know if the figures are based on the date the file was registered or the date of the event. We can't seem to get our internal statistics accurate; there are always discrepancies.
