What do you like most?
Quick Turnaround time. Awesome customer service. Smooth connectivity through channel manager. The speed of uploading on different channels especially OTA front has been good compared to other Channel managers. The support system is amazingly excellent. The tool provides transparency in data.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The UI can be improved in my opinion. Better color schemes and enhanced design can create that wow effect. A bit faster loading of pages would be helpful. With new players coming in, having a faster response time can play a big differentiator for the products. The Team is very Good and All team members are very cooperative and supportive. We are happy with them. Already worked upon the improvement provided, So as of now nothing that comes to my mind. To have more options at the chain level for enterprise accounts is something that can be improved.
