What do you like most?
When people ask me what Thynk is like, I like to tell them to imagine a Purple and magenta sports muscle car, with a blue engine (representing Salesforce) jutting out of the hood. It's powerful, and looks super slick! I love that Thynk, and Salesforce lightning by extension, are open source and super flexible. I've made many custom fields to better serve our sales team's process, and am even looking into making custom objects so that we can utilize Thynk for our Marketing influencer program. This would not be possible on a competitor like Delphi, I'm pretty sure. It definitely would not be robust and comprehensive. Additionally, the support we've received from Brian and Dawn, and many other members of the super friendly Thynk team has been exceptional. Super thankful for all of their patience and empathy, especially when I was new and learning their system during onboarding. The Thynk Analytics dashboards are also super impressive. I particularly love the heat map data that we get from it; that is not something that is possible on other platforms such as Lighthouse, from my limited understanding.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Adding the ability to import HTML code into the Thynk Leads / Thynk Direct email builder product would be super helpful. The ability to export the awesome Thynk Analytics dashboards with the base package would also be cool. More dedicated support regarding the use of Agentforce would also be great. AI is a big focus these days for many businesses. I also think that the PDF butler contract management product could be a bit easier to use; it would be very difficult for me to train another coworker on how to use it on my own. However, the Thynk University Learning modules help a ton. I think a focus on Einstein activity capture would also be really cool and helpful. Using Salesforce for Gmail as an email tracing solution works, but an AI solution would be even better if it was trustworthy and vetted by Thynk. An integration with MEWS to allow negotiated rates built in Thynk to populate new rate codes into MEWS would also be really powerful.
