What do you like most?
For me, the system is very intuitive and easy to use. As a commercial leader, what I value most is the level of support we receive from the Thynk team. Paolo and Maud are always incredibly helpful whenever we face challenges across the collection. They listen to our feedback, work collaboratively with us, and are continually improving the platform to make it more user-friendly and effective. Their partnership and responsiveness have been a key part of making the rollout a success.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I sometimes feel the dashboard contains a lot of information, which can be overwhelming at first. However, the ability to personalise the dashboard helps address this, allowing users to focus on the metrics and information most relevant to their role.
