I truly appreciate the strong collaboration mindset of the MeetingPackage team — available and solution-oriented. They show a solid understanding of the M&E ecosystem and are consistently open to feedback from hotels and internal teams. What I value most is their willingness to iterate quickly and co-build improvements with us to move the product forward.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improving the hotel onboarding process and continuing to refine the UX — especially on RFP flows — would help make the experience even smoother and more mature for users.
