What do you like most?
Very Happy with TMG service. Efficient and prompt with responses. Account Manager follows up on a monthly basis ( If not more often). Thank you ). Keep up a good work. Your customer service team is top notch. Called to follow up about incident, before posting a reply to a review. ( much appreciate the extra mile).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing. Maybe a few website ( media) upgrades. For example click on TripAdvisor ratings and see reviews ( positive or negative). Just a thought. Other than that. Social Media postings are fantastic, as I understand company is located out of state: research is done and postings are property/area designated. Thank you
