What do you like most?
It's easier to navigate. Enjoying when doing the social media side mostly. I have not so far done a lot on the other sites but hopefully soon. Its most easier with sending emails to the guest who check out the day off. Also can check on the hotel reputation on the reputation management section.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing so far. I know with twitter is limited on space, I wish it were not so that when I enter the social media events on the other websites (Facebook and Instagram) I don't have to delete some important words so as to fit twitter.
