What do you like most?
Their priority resolution and 24*7 availability on critical issues. Great customer service, always eager to support. Dhruv, Achin and Shaurya have always been there to navigate us us through RezGain Very user-friendly interface, makes it easier for the user to get a hang of it. Constant updates to make bulk onboarding easier
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the services that RezGain provides currently are exceptional, they have quick resolution and round the clock availability. So I can't think of any points of improvements as of now.
