What do you like most?
Fast & Flexible customer support provided at all hours and days. Organization level of tool is very efficient - shows detailed overview of the offered/confirmed & lost events. Providing also a detailed revenue overview which is very useful for forecasts. User Friendly. Easy on-boarding process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Certain short-cuts could be created to speed up the booking process. Maybe remove certain repetitive steps (such as timings, location/venue selection, etc.) Email communication for new updates/requests - or for copied bookings, can be reduced or limited to the inbox of main organization.
