What do you like most?

Very poor customer service. The sales and technical support are both terrible. We have been having issues with Showtime and been requesting support but they have ignored our request.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Responsiveness to customer issues is very slow. We have been trying to solve an issue with our service for month now.

Easy and safe. Signs me out at checkout and it’s free. Has tons of options to add from an operator standpoint. Guest love it and don’t have to listen to lame excuses about adjusting off movies any mor...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Interface my login info with my Marriott login so when a guest checks in they are automatically signed in. One more step for easy access and convenience.
