Partnering with Hotelzify has helped me transform my direct channel into a much larger share of business. They offer robust tools to drive direct bookings which is more than I ever had before. I really like the ability to customize length of stay and last-minute promotions ensuring that my website offers guests the best value. The integration with Google Maps is very good and the metasearch advertising promotions have driven reservations. This has been a much better metasearch advertising solution for me in comparison to the channel manager I used previously. The team is extremely responsive to improvements or new feature requests. I am impressed that I have received such a high level of support even as a very small operator. This makes Hotelzify an absolute gem for small and medium hoteliers who might not receive the same level of support elsewhere. If you are looking for a new booking engine and metasearch advertising partner look no further than Hotelzify.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see a more robust connection with Stripe that allows me to collect security deposits in the form of a credit card hold from guests. From my understanding this is in the works but it has not been launched yet. I am sure the team will get this launched soon.

The booking engine is fast, user friendly and integrates perfectly with our main Book Now button on the website, exactly the way we wanted. It has helped improve direct bookings and provides a seamless experience for guests.
