The integration with the Room Price Genie or price dinamic solution has been seamless, and the ability to effortlessly synchronize our room availability across all major OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) has saved us time and eliminated the risk of overbookings. The system automatically updates our rates, availability, and bookings, ensuring we’re always in control without having to manually adjust anything. Absolutly great !!! What stands out the most is the fantastic customer support from Freetobook. Their team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to address any queries we have. Plus, their software is affordable, making it a great option for hotels of all sizes. Overall, Freetobook has exceeded our expectations in streamlining our operations, maximizing bookings, and providing our guests with a smooth, hassle-free experience. I have used freetobook for more than 8 years. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always happy to help. Easy to deal with, no foreign call centres. They do what they promise to do. Offer value for money. They are approachable and listen to feedback given by their customers. They act on the feedback too.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish they offered a pay monthly plan, it would spread the cost over a whole year. Other than that nothing.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Difficult to suggest. In fact I had a few requests that I could not put to work the way I wanted. Simply to find next that it was features on pricing, promotions and rules that have to with the way OTAs work. It was lack of flexibility of Freetobook that caused these issues, rather it was a result of OTAs rules and policies.

Quick to respond with any problems. Very easy software to use. Updates all 3rd party websites with my bookings so I don't have to worry about over bookings. Love the guest messaging service.

I think they do an excellent job of improving their platform and are consistently coming up with new ideas to give the guest a better booking experience so I trust any improvements required will be put in place by the team.

We have been with Freetobook for 13 seasons now, and are very happy to use them. The staff are always friendly and easy to get hold of, either by phone or email/message. The company is never pushy in upselling, but explain each element you can bolt on to the basic free to use booking system offering a trial period to give it a go first. Refreshing considering the approach of their competitors. The booking system itself is easy to use, integrates excellently with the OTAs and we have never had a double booking or problem with it. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing, bar the name. I say this as a 5 star property, and I wonder sometimes if it’s not the type of name ‘some’ of our guests want or expect to see as the meaning could be lost on guests.

I selected FTB after extensive research into a booking system for our then 20 bed hotel, and have been with Freetobook for about 12 years now. Their system does everything you need, and their response times to requests for assistance is impressive. The simplicity is the key, but it does everything without having unnecessary (expensive) bells and whistles that would never get used. What is also impressive is the way they have added functionality every year in line with customers needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I have made many suggestions over the years, and the vast majority of them have been taken on board, showing a genuine interest to grow with their customers, and develop their systems accordingly.
One thing that still remains to be done is the ability to amend group bookings rates, dates etc without having to edit them room by room.
