The mail contact in Recruiting and Talent Management (sender and receiver) is sometimes a bit confusing, but still ok. Also we have some troubles with private & business mail addresses (in the Attendance calendar) as receiver on some aspects.

Especially since I employ many part-time staff, it's a godsend to have all the relevant data in one place – from personal information to vacation requests, overtime, etc. What I find particularly impressive is the clarity: I maintain an overview of all employees, their working hours, and vacation requests – without chaos or duplicate entries. Time savings during onboarding: No more tedious copying and pasting of data like ID numbers or IBANs. Everything is recorded securely and centrally. Security: My employees sensitive data is protected, and I can rely on the platform. Onboard has saved me so much work that I never want to be without it again. An absolute must-have for anyone who wants to work efficiently and in a structured way!

For the way we use ONBOARD, we do not have any additional wishes at the moment. During implementation we had a very good connection to the ONBOARD-team and they were very cooperative, supportive and flexible, permanently working on customer-orientated solutions. And after over three years of working with ONBOARD, we are still experiencing this on a daily basis. The service level is very high, and the software is not complicated and really offering the best opportunities for more efficient and effective recruiting and people management as such. Also the competibility with other HR-software is very good: the team is really listening to what the customer needs and is always pro-active to find solutions and anticipate to market trends, co-operating with other "big players" in HR-Software: ONBOARD always being "one step ahead" in developement. We highly appreciate the high and consequent feedbacks on a very high service level, always dealing with the same key account managers and contact persons, which makes it very trustful.

The digital data retrieval is particularly impressive: the tedious collecting, scanning, and error-prone typing of ID cards and employee documents is now a thing of the past. Furthermore, it's a tremendous relief to have all applicant management and employee data centrally located in one place, instead of working with countless notes and isolated solutions. The service team also always responds extremely quickly and with a focus on finding solutions to any questions.
