This system allows the guest to easily requests services (towel, ice to the room) and ordering food and drinks via a simple QR based menu that interfaces to the hotel loyalty system, PMS and POS platforms, allowing instant chargeback to room, and can be configured to work across multiple property chargeback to PMS, and allows for scheduling of orders, dynamic pricing of menu's, surcharge and tray charge options. Optional tipping can also be added into the platform.
