Nikita and Rachel were absolutely superb both with the pre-work and on property with our team. Our property has implemented 5 technology solutions this year and their service was by far the best we have experienced from any company. We appreciate the partnership and you are very fortunate to have these two individuals working at Hudini. A++
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
All opportunities were a result of brand and Oracle. The only thing I would have improved is better clarity from our brand related to on premise Oracle requirements vs. cloud. That said - Nikita and Rachel worked through this with professionalism and patience to execute the final result.

While we understand how difficult it is to build the app, we would like everything to be faster. The initial setup and response times during the integration process could be improved to accelerate the overall deployment.

This is definitely a great tool to provide comfort to our guests and the power of interact with the hotel services and staff in their hands. Guests are able to order anything they like from the room service, communicate their needs to our housekeeping staff, request for assistance or our concierge and more. You are able to publish all your hotel services directory within the app, making it simple for guests and friendly to the enviroment as you can dispose any printed material. With their IPTV technology you give the same comfort to the guest while getting some rest in their room and enjoying themselves. Through their solutions the hotel has some powerful tools to increase the revenue by pushing any sort of products so guests can add an extra touch to their stay.

Although there are details in design or functionality, the Hudini team is always very accomodating with our requests, their desire to assist and solve is honest and palpable.

Hudini has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
