Probably at its best version. Adding maintenance tasks are easy to add remove so not just hk but has postive impact on whole ops.

Optii gives us real time data and productivity monitoring that allows us to improve the guest and employee experience. These both relate to improved financials. The data allows us to recognize top performers along with coach opportunities. Also we are able to analyze room problem areas and proactively address before it becomes a guest issue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Continuing to expand its functionality to other operational departments, i.e. hotel shuttle schedules, etc. Optii works so well in Housekeeping I see it being beneficial in many more departments.

Answer:
Optii has focussed on user experience in the development of their solution, this has not only made their suite intuitive and easy to learn, but also allows users to rapidly master the system. This allows both all staff, from floor-workers to senior managers to focus on their role and not waste time learning a cumbersome system.
The SaaS model used by Optii means that users get constant, iterative updates. This reduces the need to re-learn processes and systems and allows for additions and improvements to be easily rolled out to all customers.
The level of configuration available to each hotel means that Optii can match the user's workflows rather than many other solutions that require the users to adapt to a fixed workflow. It's obvious that the use of machine learning, inline translations and a sophisticated (yet easy) rules engine has been developed for just this purpose.

I would highly recommend signing up and getting the system in place. Beyond that, my advice on how to achieve this would vary based on hotel size and if it is a new or existing hotel.

If a hotel isn't using dedicated hotel operations management software then they're setting themselves up for a poor guest experience.
