Optii gives us real time data and productivity monitoring that allows us to improve the guest and employee experience. These both relate to improved financials. The data allows us to recognize top performers along with coach opportunities. Also we are able to analyze room problem areas and proactively address before it becomes a guest issue.

Great reporting and dashboards. The support and technical team is world class. We were having difficulty after a team transition and the support staff went above and beyond to help us get the data needed!

The support and technical team is world class. We were having difficulty after a team transition and the support staff went above and beyond to help us get the data needed! I had worked for a few days trying to get what we needed because of, well, mostly personnel issues. The support team at Optii was top notch!
