Anything that I feel could be improved I have passed along and feel that my voice will be considered in future rollouts and enhancements.

Lodgistics has served our company well and Nadiah and team have provided great service since day 1. We will continue to use Lodgistics for our hotel needs.

What do you like most?

They listen and implement a lot of our suggestions to make the app even more user friendly. They respond quickly to issues or questions. Lodgistics is the easiest and most user friendly app out there.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There are differences between the mobile version and desktop version. I often have trouble finding things on the mobile version.

It is so easy to be able to communicate with every employee in ever department to ensure things get done in a timely fashion. As a manager it is also helpful to be able to keep up with what’s happening ...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The only thing that I would improve is to be able to create work orders from my app on my phone. I am only able to do so when logged in on the computer.
