What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

To me, Hotelkit stands out from competition because they gear their features not only to large hotel chains, but also mid-size chains and individual hotels. They streamline operations for the entire market- and successfully so! All of our implemented partner hotels are happy!

It is a very complete tool that connects all the staff and you can see what is happening in the hotel in real time.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Sometimes, the number of notifications are burdering you a bit, there are people who do not know how it works yet, but that is because not everyone has the same ease with technology.

What do you like most?

Our employees are spread across five buildings and work seven days a week / 24 hours a day. Communication is a daily challenge due to the structural conditions. Hotel kit is perfect for us

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The second letter of a word could be automatically corrected in lower case ;-). Otherwise everything fits very well. Keep it up - good luck.
