In my case, support responded quickly and provided assistance. Tablet maintenance and content can be synchronized across all tablets via a backend, allowing for quick changes. The system is expandable with various add-ons, such as room heating control (a compatible PMS is required if you want to utilize the full functionality).

Smart and simple software (Back-end & Guestdesign)
Robust hardware and with the USB port in the Front, the tablet can also be used as a charger for mobile devices. The Tablet is also compatible with many telephone-systems with the handset and the SIP functions.

Betterspace is one of the most complete and elegant solutions for digital guest directory. The great advantage is that you can display the information on different types of support, as the in-room tablet, in a kiosk in the lobby or even on the Hotel TV, always giving the guests the possibility to interact with the hotel in their preferred way.
Functionality and customize options. Fast adjustment options and individual requests can be implemented quickly. Own hardware and software (no reseller). Software updates are imported automatically.
Simple setup, great service. Setup is easier than the competition. The service during operation via remote maintenance or on site runs more smoothly than with the competition. The products are always up to date.
