The channel manager is very impressive, syncing inventory across platforms with minimal errors and saving us hours of manual updates.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be very helpful to have the ability to create a base room type that can be linked to other categories. This way, any price changes applied to the base room would automatically update the linked room categories as well. Such a feature would save a significant amount of time and reduce the need for repetitive manual updates across multiple room types.

We also appreciate the dynamic pricing tools, which helped us increase occupancy and optimize revenue without extra manual work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main and frankly critical issue for us is the complete lack of Hebrew language support. We’ve been promised this feature multiple times since March 2025, with new dates constantly pushed back (now supposedly Q3). Meanwhile, Exely already supports many other languages, including Arabic. As an operator in Israel, this missing local language support is incredibly frustrating. We’d like to see Exely finally prioritize Hebrew to better serve their growing Israeli client base.
