Fake credit card issues should be eliminated. Guest communication via email is helpful, and availability checks should be performed more frequently, as we have experienced issues, especially during July.

Exely is an excellent tool, especially for those in the Airbnb and hotel business. Their support team is very easy to contact whenever there’s an issue, and the system itself is simple to understand—it’s not a complicated PMS at all
