I became frustrated and hung up. I remember what a positive experiences I had with Ammar Kaddoura. So, I called him asking for his help. He was more than willing to help me. He turned what had been a very frustrating situation into a positive ending.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The on-hold process is very long and frustrating. And the hold music is terrible. Have a better stock innovatory of the product. the parts I needed were 10 weeks out.

I have not had any issues or problems with our new locks and the service provided by Dorma Kaba, therefore I don't haveany recommendations for improvements.

I think that there should be a 24-hour assistance phone number where you can reach someone because we are a 24-hour business. There have been multiple times where we have had issue making keys and were not able to get assistance until the next day on a super busy day.

Hotel security technology is something all hoteliers should be aware of. Offer the best protection to the guests. Hotel data breaches are one of the most potentially dangerous threats to hotel’s reputation and the security of the guests.

I operate a vacation rental with guests coming and going every couple of days or weeks. Logging into the DormaKaba system makes the task of changing the lock codes between guests a breeze.

Notification of when a guest uses the code with the ability of my being able to turn that notification off during the guests' stay. Battery level notification.
