Fidelity online provides a comprehensive service allowing all online feedback about your hotel to be aggregated so that responses and follow-ups can be aligned thoughtfully and logically. Having the ability to select a local comp-set also allows hoteliers to flourish against the local competition.

This product uses intelligent robots to collect the information about your hotel and shares it all in one easy to read format. Hoteliers can also see comments and reviews in real time to ensure timely responses are made. The comp-set tool also really helps to see where your property stands out, and where you need to focus.
