The eRevMax Channel Manager and Rate Shopper solutions assist hotel channel management, rate intelligence and reservation connectivity. They connect multiple online channels to PMS to seamlessly deliver ARI updates and reservations.
Efficient and stable API connection, handling rates, availability and booking delivery for a large amount of our hotel partners. Very low error/outage occurrences. Excellent relationship management from their applicable business/technical development and operational support teams. They have embraced the Agoda growth culture and continue to be a highly valued strategic partner.
When the channel is operating correctly, it is amazing how the distribution of the ARI gets updated on each individual channel. Most of the times, this is operating correctly. The support from your team.
Rate Tiger is one of the channels connected to the Jumbo API.
It has the most important functionalities developed, so hotels can do almost all updates through the channel.
I think Rate Tiger and Jumbo's service with the linked hotels is good.

Mainly the functionality is the main service you guys offer from the competition. Plenty more services, technical support, are the main differentiates from the competition. No more comments.

If you are looking for a well established and reliable service, I would highly recommend looking at Rate Tiger (eRevMax) as a solution. With a wealth of experience and a wide product offering, they really are the experts in helping properties attract new guests and growing their revenue.
Many times, we have had issues retrieving reservations. When this happens, we contact your IT support team, but sometimes, this can take up to 3 weeks to get an answer. This is something you guys can improve.
The connection is good, all updates can be done via the channel and the technical service is fast.
I hope we can continue to connect more hotels or do collaborative campaigns to increase the portfolio of the connection.
