What do you like most?
I like the fact that every time that we bring a discrepancy or error, they help to fix it and get back to us in timely matter. Their answer it's always positive and help us to find a solution. I like that we can call them, or email them and they will always get back to us. They help us multiple time with training, or understanding the management set up in order to better service us. We asked about specific reports that were very important to us from the accounting perspective and they open a ticket to help us to build these reports.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To me the housekeeping options can be improve, and maintenance. If you add a room to maintenance availability, and at the expired date, it should send you a message or ask before it gets removed without you clearing this issued. Reports, they have many reports that you could build by selecting different dates, however, they do not go by month to month or year to year, or a comparison the same time frame from years prior.
