The project dashboard is a free tool that is only available to verified hoteliers to make adopting new technology easier by streamlining their research and simplifying their communication workflow.
SalesPro just mandated a full migration to their SalesForce product. The migration of data was incomplete. Additionally, there are no training videos and the system is NOT user-friendly. To receive technical support you are required to email in a question, which will give you a response like "you should read the help section in the program". If you follow up with additional questions you are prompted to submit a new question with a new case number. It is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! Looking into alternatives.

Provide training videos and I. The lengthy help sections are not actually that helpful. Showing the full process, from start to finish would help greatly: how to complete setting up accounts, BEOs, Catering, Updating menus, setting up traces, room contracts...... This is terrible service, especially considering how much you are charging.

This product can only be used in Internet Explorer. If you only use Mac/Apple products you can’t even respond to RFPs. Our corporate managers advised us not to use Explorer due to security issues, yet we have no choice. Poor product.

Fix your product to work with Chrome or Firefox—anything that will allow hotels to access Meetingbroker from Mac/Apple products.

The reporting could use some work, specifically the productivity report that includes non revenue bookings. The other area is the knowledge of the team. Almost every time I call support the tech says let me check Google.

Help desk is great however account managers and up do not call back. Some instances it took weeks for a return call from the account manager. No one knows the procedure of adding more issues since M-tech left. The current google drive that is set up to add issues has been a failure for two years. We need updates for hotsos issues. I need account managers to replied back in a reasonable manner.
