I worked with Monscierge for many years, including when I was a hotelier and had over 500 hotels equipped with Monscierge solution. They have a true hospitality experience. Their suite of products offer a consistent solution to the hotels.
The Monscierge platform provides a consumer hospitality native application experience for our members/owners and guests. Provides for effective communication over data to our hospitality team members.
The concierge signage and their related mobile application played a staring role in helping to deliver our global mobile information strategy. Collectively we pushed the limits of creativity by integrating their product into the companies core infrastructure.
Monscierge as a provider is unique to others by how truly collaborative their process is. Their teams are open to talking through our business requirements, as well as the property needs might be - and then they take this and work with the properties directly to deliver the solution that meets those requirements. It changes the way we think about operations and helps us create unique experiences that weren’t available before working with Monscierge.
The team at Monscierge are great at understanding the clients needs. Their technology platform allows Monscierge to provide the best product to the guests at the properties.They have the experience and the Knowledge to implement the right solutions. It has been a pleasure working with them over the past three years.

I feel the Monscierge products, team, and platform stand out and differentiate themselves with their:

Monscierge was always willing to find a way to adapt to the unique needs of the organization. They were great business partners who brought creative ideas and solutions to ensure they were helping us to meet the global hospitality technology requirements.
Many providers will speak about being a single provider for various technologies but not have the product to back it up, and then they are not able to go back to create a new foundation. Monscierge's platform was developed purposefully and well thought out from the beginning - and they can deliver several products that all work together to create a complete guest journey that includes staff communication and accountability.
They have an amazing team that designs the solution always with the client in mind. The Monscierge Team is Exceptional they go above and beyond what the clients expect! They are always improving the experience for the guests.

One piece of advice I would say to other hoteliers looking to go with a company like Monscierge and all of the product offerings is to first understand all the integrations and services you will need.
First I would the hotelier needs to fully understand their own needs and what they are trying to accomplish. I've seen too often companies not having a clear vision of what they want a product to do.
With some of the unique technology we believe that with a few minor updates this will allow our hotels to replace cable. This would really expand the solution they already our working towards for in-room entertainment.
Schedule a meeting with the Monscierge Team and invite them to your property. You will be amaze about the amount of knowledge and experience they have working in the Hospitality Market. They provide the best solution in the industry.
