- We use the inquiry widget. - it would be great if the record could be created directly in Fidelio. - Displaying the number of rooms, for example when creating a group offer with 20 rooms. - These should be displayed as a total number on the website and not listed one after the other. - Unfortunately, live availability is not available with Fidelio. - a connection with Seekda would be desirable so that we could use the availability data. - The to-do list is very confusing & if offer reminders are sent automatically, they are also listed in the to-do list. - it's easy to overlook things like guests making a deposit or other important tasks.

The CRM is one of the best in the market right now, very detailed insights to all of your guests. Automatic categorization, which forms the basis for targeted email marketing. The campaigns / newsletter are a very nice tool for your email marketing. Thanks to the AI, which automatically creates templates or recognizes when campaigns would be worthwhile based on utilization rates and creates proposals. The new Analytics-tool is a really interesting support. All datas summed up in one backend which really assists you as a basis for implementing measures. The onboarding goes really fast and is very easy due to well prepared und structured learning pages for the setup.

A few things in the layout of the offer are hard-coded and can't be changed. But actually, that's quite it. Very nice product so far.
