As a partner, we appreciate Smart Host for its user-friendly design and practical functionality. The combination of automated campaigns and CRM features ensures effective guest communication, while the intuitive interface makes it easy to use without extensive training. Its reliable support and continuous improvements make it a solid and trusted choice for hotels, particularly in the DACH region.
One big plus is the customer service. Every hotel has a dedicated person, who is supporting the hotel to use the solution the right way and make most out of it. Also theirs PMS integrations are very good and deep.
The clear guidance in the menu makes it easy to find your way around and is fun to use. You can usually get your questions answered yourself using the small information tips via mouse-over. The support is fast and competent. I like that and it gives SmartHost a real edge over the competition.
Smart Host is very innovative and easy to use. Many other tools are too complicated and need a lot of explaining and training. The mix of automated campaigns, planned campaigns and a CRM functions creates perfect guest communication that covers the whole guest lifecycle.

Take full advantage of Smart Host's automation and guest profiling features to personalize your communication and maximize direct bookings. Start with a clear strategy for your campaigns, and don’t hesitate to reach out to their support team—they’re highly responsive and can help you make the most of the system.
Especially if you are a leisure hotel with a lot of upsell potential and outlets it is definitely worth getting in touch with the company. There is a lot of automation which reduces manual work and the staff can focus on the guest.
Please always consider the entire customer journey. How do the prices from my PMS get to SmartHost and how can they be booked in again. And the second tip. It's better to have less and it works than to overload and nothing works right. Just smart.
It is the best desition, cause my Marketing is focused now. I can use the data, and every single adress of my costumers is gold value. The Email Automation before the Check In, und after the Check out, saves al lot of time for me and my customers.
