The dashboard is great; there's not a lot of information or text on the homepage, just the essentials. This makes it a bit minimalist, but much more pleasant to work with and also speeds things up. This applies to all tools and modes. The modalities for creating offer/email pages are also very well done. Creating something from scratch is much easier than expected, as everything is very intuitive and simplified, considering that there are various programs for creating emails, etc. The creation of customer profiles is also very convenient and well done, with all the necessary information and more. It really aims to get to know the guest better. Compared to other programs displayed, the information about a sent offer is very good. Very minimalist and briefly labeled, what was sent with a clearly created timeline visible with only information relevant to us, without a description of the room, as I have sometimes seen.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing that could be improved is the guest chat. The correspondence could be made much more visible in my opinion. By this I mean that the messages could appear like in any messenger like WhatsApp, just to name one. I would therefore make the interface more pleasant and simplified because I find it a bit cold. I would make it more like a chat to have something more attractive. The guest card as mentioned is perfect. To simplify some steps however it would be convenient to insert a button to chat with the guest directly in his card, without me having to go to the correspondence and search for him. That way the process would be much quicker. It would be convenient if I had the guest card right next to me in the chat so that I could see the information while I'm writing but always in a minimal way as you know how to do. I'm someone who likes to have everything in sight. Another thing that is missing is the possibility of resend the Post- or Pre-Stay email. A customer received the email in Japanese for some reason a few days ago and I couldn't find a way to resend this email. If there was a hitch, this feature could be helpful. The last thing that comes to mind is in the offers section: when we confirm an offer it would be convenient to be able to view the price details such as daily price per person and the related discounts for children instead of just the total price. It's something I've already mentioned. This way we have a good overview of everything.

Onboarding was seamless – every step was supported, and my requests and questions were regularly addressed. I would particularly like to emphasize the professionalism and consistently respectful approach throughout the entire process. SMART HOST primarily facilitates exactly what it was intended for: CRM – especially communication with our guests when creating offers and confirmations. It is now much easier to create personalized and quick offers and confirmations – both for individual rooms and for group requests. We are particularly impressed by the significant improvement in the entire guest communication process – from the request to the booking and the stay to departure. We receive all the important information we need for optimal service in advance.
