Customers seek really enjoy talking to the Chatbot, with all kind of questions. Cut out phone call, they just prefer text to the bot for answers. Leave Compliments, Promotions, Long Stay, Dining Discount etc. It's just fantastic !!

The tool is user-friendly and offers seamless upgrades. I have heard the voice assistant which offers very natural guest interactions, which improve engagement and operational efficiency. Myma allows hotels to scale and pivot effortlessly

My advice would be to implement Myma into your customer journey to improve its impact on revenue and guest satisfaction. It is all about streamlining guest communication and increase direct bookings so give it a go!
